Guest who are booking tickets on line and want to avail of the shuttle service to inform the Concierge / Travel desk at their respective hotels and also the guest relations at theme park.

Terms & Conditions:
- The IMGWOA Shuttle Service is operated by a third-party provider, who bears full responsibility for providing the service.
- The IMGWOA Shuttle Service is only available to guests holding a valid IMGWOA ticket and only from and to the designated pick-up and drop-off points.
- Booking is not required to avail the IMGWOA Shuttle Service.
- IMGWOA Shuttle Service is available on a first come-first served basis and is subject to the carrying capacity of the vehicles provided.
- Children must always be accompanied by an adult.
- Drivers should not be asked to make any unscheduled stops or to allow passengers to alight or board prior to reaching the designated pick-up and drop-off points.
- Subject to prevailing traffic conditions, the IMGWOA Shuttle Service will run promptly and according to schedule.
- IMGWOA is under no obligation to compensate guests for any amount spent on taxi fares or other means of transportation because of a guest missing the IMGWOA Shuttle Service, any delay or if the IMGWOA Shuttle Service is not available for any reason.
- The IMGWOA Shuttle Service is provided daily, however IMGWOA is not responsible for any interruption to the service and reserves the right to vary the designated pick-up and drop-off points and times without notice.
- Upon arrival at IMGWOA guests should note the IMGWOA Shuttle Service pick-up and drop-off points and timings.
- Please take care of all personal belongings. IMGWOA is not responsible for any personal items which are lost or stolen whilst using the IMGWOA Shuttle Service.
